Scott Perryman
Scott’s professional journey has often found him at the nexus of healthcare, sports, and higher education, including his contributions to the development of sports medicine partnerships among professional sports teams, academic medical centers, highly skilled sports medicine physicians, and the establishment of start-up sports medicine practices. He has a strong history of leading teams who achieve high-level financial, quality, and operational performance in the for-profit, not-for-profit, and academic hospitals and medical practice sectors of healthcare. His teams’ accomplishments include recognition as a Leapfrog Group national top children’s hospital four times and recognition as a magnet hospital. Scott is actively completing his dissertation to earn a Doctor of Psychology degree in Sport and Performance Psychology, adding to his foundation of Finance, Management, and Marketing. He is a Strategic Play LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® certified facilitator and the Founder and Principal of Agon Consulting. Scott is also a Senior Advisor and leads the Growth Design & Opportunity Mapping at Csuite Growth Advisors.

Alison Horstmeyer, PhD, MS, MBA
Always at the forefront of emergent technology, Dr. Alison Horstmeyer built next generation businesses from the ground floor for multi-billion entities such as Walmart, Dolby Laboratories, NBC Universal, Liberty Media, and Omnicom. Alison then transitioned from Fortune 500 executive to certified executive coach, talent development expert, and humanistic researcher. Her research focuses on curiosity and associated mental, emotional, and motivational attributes; and, Alison is considered a pioneering expert in workplace curiosity. Her work is published in various domestic and international leadership, business, and L&D publications and journals such as The Journal of Organizational Change Management, Development and Learning in Organizations: An International JournalGraziadio Business Review: A Peer-Reviewed Journal Advancing Business Practice, and mainstream business publications including Forbes, Pharmaceutical Executive, and CEOWORLD Magazine.

Alison regularly works with clients focused on leadership development, team mindset upshifting and cohesion, customer-centricity and business re-imagination. Alison has worked with executives and teams in Technology, Media, Healthcare and Academia from organizations such as Hulu, Verizon Media, Dolby Laboratories, Transdigm, Anthem Blue Cross, Stanford Health Care, among others; and, has a knack for connecting and working with cross-generational leadership. Alison also serves as the inaugural Research Fellow appointed to the USC Annenberg Center for Third Space Thinking contributing empirical rigor and thought leadership to soft skills development.

He is a partner of the world-renowned Newton Institute, where he facilitates leadership training based on Dr. John Stahl-Wert’s infamous Serving Leader Model.
