Brian Paradis, President
With over 25 years of executive healthcare leadership at one of the largest healthcare systems in the United States, Brian combines concepts from systems and chaos theory, servant leadership, and a generous dose of imagination to inspire and illuminate a path for those who want a better way to build an innovative culture, develop robust strategies, and achieve sustainable high-performance. He has described this approach as Leading with Imagination. Brian put these theoretical concepts into a very practical application during his time as President and COO of Florida Hospital, where he was responsible for the growth, training, and development of 20,000+ employees. The coolest projects I ever worked on include launching Celebration Health in partnership with Walt Disney World, creating Florida Hospital for Children at the Disney Pavilion, and navigating a medical collaboration with the newly constructed Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Brian is also serving as a senior partner as a senior partner of CSuite Solutions, offering strategic advisory services.I find my most effective leadership skill asking questions, waiting for the answers, and seeing a course of action.Every day I use imagination to challenge myself with new ideas, concepts, or activities – guitar, biking, cooking, gardening, sailing, watching children’s movies with my kids.

Lisa has a unique perspective on the Millennial generation, gained through her work as a marketing professor and coffee bar owner. Lisa has worked developing strategy for a variety of products and services and she finds her greatest joy in the ah-ha moment when her research and strategy collide and products and services succeed.
The greatest marketing of all time isn’t in the highly branded products like Apple and Disney, it’s in the obscure things that gain traction through creative presentation and great audience targeting engagement. Political marketing strategy is definitely the most interesting. Marketing is all around us but often done very poorly. Good products with the right audience need very little promotion. Bad products with an ill-defined audience need a great deal of promotional dollars. Pay careful attention to your product and the rest will take care of itself.
Bree brings the fresh perspective, credit being her recent baccalaureate degree. Having worked in several startups even before completing her undergraduate degree, Bree has a diverse set of skills under her belt, ranging from grinding beans as a barista to “bean-counting” for several small businesses. Her experiences lay the ground work for her love of creating processes, employee development, and building the foundations of a business – one brick at a time. A professional experience I’ve had was a trip to Germany about five years ago. I was fortunate enough to travel with a retired three-star general who formerly led the US troops in Europe, the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of a large hospital system – visiting Landstuhl Regional Medical Center and several military training simulation sites, studying the simulation training development models. The intense attention to detail, the orderly - yet innovative - processes, and the fun-filled camaraderie were among my most valued learnings.
